Kenneth L Tucker (Retired)
Ken has over three hundred jury trials representing claimants and defendants, concentrating for the last 20 years on representing plaintiffs, for whom he has numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, police department negligence, truck accidents, complex multi-state multi-party cases, banking cases and insurance bad faith. In 2005, he won the second largest plaintiffs medical malpractice verdict in Arizona history. He has also testified as an expert in professional negligence and insurance bad faith litigation. And he has represented licensees before numerous regulatory boards and commissions, including extensive experience in equine cases and law with particular concentration on race track and racing issues as counsel for jockeys, trainers, owners and owner and trainer associations before the Arizona Horse Racing Commission. He has been listed in BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA since 1997.
After graduation from Syracuse University’s college of law, Ken began practice in Arizona with one of Phoenix’s largest and oldest firms, then moved on with a senior partner to establish an insurance defense firm which represented insured’s statewide; and eventually, after years of litigation in the Superior Courts throughout Arizona, as well as courts in California and Nevada and The White Mountain Apache Tribal Court, he put together this compact prestigious law firm representing plaintiffs in complex civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death.
