Mr. Tucker is a civil litigation attorney who joined Tucker & Miller in 1992. He is a partner in the firm and practices in the areas of medical malpractice, professional negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and product liability. Mr. Tucker has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 1990 and began his legal career at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. Mr. Tucker routinely serves as a mediator and arbitrator for other attorneys and their clients and accepts cases on both hourly and contingency fee arrangements.
